Refund Policy

Our general policy is that we will repair or replace any issues you have with our BORE-X Tool, if you have specific questions related to a purchase please send us an email with your Name, Phone#, Order#, a description of the issue you are having, and any pictures you think will help us get your Tool back up and running. 

To be eligible for a return & refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, New & unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt / proof of purchase when returning the product so we can complete your return efficiently.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received something incorrectly ordered, so that we can pull the order and double check the issue and correct your order.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to requested an RMA to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
If we approve your return for a Refund, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return for a refund has been Approved or was Unapproved.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
