At BORE-X, we take pride in the quality and performance of every tool we manufacture. If you experience an issue with your BORE-X Tool, we will repair, replace, or refund it as outlined below. Our goal is to ensure your tool performs as intended and that your experience with BORE-X remains exceptional.

Repair or Replacement Requests
If you experience a functional issue with your BORE-X Tool:
Email: sales@bore-x.com with:
-Your full name and phone number
-Order number or proof of purchase
-Serial# of the Tool
-A description of the issue
-Clear photos or videos (if available)
1) Our team will review your request and determine whether a repair, replacement, or return is appropriate.
2) If applicable, you’ll be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.
Please note: Items returned without an RMA number may not be accepted.
30-Day Return Window
You may return new and unused BORE-X tools within 30 calendar days of purchase for a refund or exchange. After 30 days, returns are generally not accepted except for verified warranty claims.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return or refund:
-The product must be new, unused, and in the same condition as received.
-All tags, components, and original packaging must be intact.
-A receipt or proof of purchase must be included.
Note: Items showing signs of use, modification, or damage not related to manufacturing defects may not qualify for a refund or replacement.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Inspect your shipment upon delivery. If you receive:
-A damaged or defective tool
-An incorrect item
Contact us immediately at sales@bore-x.com. We will verify your order, confirm inventory, and if an error occurred on our end, we would send you what is needed to correct the order.
RMA & Shipping Instructions
Once your RMA is approved:
1) You will receive a Return Authorization Number and return address via email.
2) If applicable, a prepaid return label will be provided.
3) Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package.
4) Pack the tool securely to prevent damage in transit.
5) Ship the return within 10 business days of receiving your RMA approval.
Note: Returns without an RMA or those shipped to the wrong address may delay processing.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
-You will receive an email confirming approval or denial of your refund.
-Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
-Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
If your return is not approved, we will contact you by email or phone to discuss next steps.
Note: If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at sales@bore-x.com.
Exchanges
For exchanges (e.g., incorrect size or replacement with another model):
-Request an RMA as described above.
-Once your return is received and approved, we will ship the replacement tool.
-If you need the replacement urgently, you may purchase a new tool and receive a refund for the returned one once it is received & processed.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are non-returnable unless defective under warranty:
-Used or modified tools
-Tools damaged by misuse, neglect, or improper operation
-Custom or special-order components
-Replacement parts sold individually
Warranty Coverage
All Bore-X Tools are backed by our Two-Year Risk-Free Guarantee.
If a defect in material or workmanship occurs within one year of purchase, Bore-X will repair or replace the affected tool at no cost (excluding misuse or abuse).
The BORE-X Tool warranty covers manufacturer defects for a period of 2 year. If the tool or any component should fail during this period BORE-X will repair or replace the tool or defective component, we will evaluate any warranty issues at the time we are notified and based on the information given we May Request you to return the Tool or components to BORE-X for Warranty Evaluation & Repair. We will repair or in some cases replace the tool or component. The warranty does not cover misuse or problems that occur because the tool was not maintained properly.
